Order, step-by-step

1. Fill up your order in Order Form you can find below.

2. Once order form received we will send an invoice mail along with the steps to make payment (according to which bank you have indicated).

3. The invoice mail indicates that you can make payment within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Once payment made please send proof of your payment (copy of your screenshot or picture of your receipt is sufficed) to loveherchill@gmail.com and payment details to 011-26264028) Psst- We are also on Whatsapp Messenger! :)

5. You will then receive a confirmation email with your parcel tracking number in one-two days.

Terms and Conditions

Booking
Our booking is 24 hours after invoice was sent. If we did not received payment or informed within the booking period, we have the rights to let go the product to other buyer without prior notice.

Screenshot/Receipt of Payment

We appreciate our customer to send proof of payment to save time of checking and ensure smooth delivery.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice. As for now, we accept direct payment to Maybank and CIMB.

Delivery

We are using PosLaju to all areas (in and outside Klang Valley). Product will be ship out on the same day if payment received latest by 4pm. If you wish to self pickup, we are only available after 5:00 pm (Monday til Friday) at Suria KLCC and after 7:00 pm (Monday til Friday) at Maulana Food Court Sri Serdang and Wangsa Walk.

Colours of the clothes/ apparels shown may be slightly different from the real thing due to the monitor settings and also camera effects. If you enquired more photos of the item chosen, just state your request in the order form!

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping rates for Poslaju Malaysia
West Malaysia = RM6.00*
East Malaysia = RM8.00*
Sabah & Sarawak = RM10.00*

*Starts price – might change according to the items weight

2. Do record your parcel tracking number as it enables you to check the shipping progress via Poslaju website.

3. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays)

4. We will not be responsible for any damage / loss of items during shipment. Once items received, kindly send an email to notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days we will assume that you have well received the goods.
